Once your connection is optimized, click the official playtesting website link provided in the guide.

Click "Sign Up Now".

Log in to your EA account. If you don't have one, click "Create Account" below to register.

After logging in, click "Sign In".

Agree to all terms and conditions.

Click "Get Started" to begin the beta application process.

Fill in the required information.

Once completed, click "Next".

Complete the survey.

Select your region for the playtest.

Your application is now submitted!  Wait for an email from EA.
